Refund and Cancellation
An AI-operation failure and a payment refund are different processes. Operation credits are restored when no usable result is produced; payment refunds are reviewed under provider and applicable terms.
AI operation credits
If no result or no valid structured output is produced, spent credits are refunded once through the same idempotent operation reference.
Payment request
For a failed or duplicate charge, open a support ticket with the payment ID. Never include card data in the message.
Pro access
There is no automatic renewal. When a purchased period ends, the account returns to Free and existing data is not deleted merely because the plan changed.
Legal rights
This summary does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Final timing and method must match the sales terms and production payment provider.
