This notice describes the product’s implemented data flows. It does not claim that data never leaves the service or that security is absolute.
Data we handle
We may process email and profile data for accounts; source text and settings for operations; provider transaction identifiers for payments; and messages and allowed attachments for support.
AI provider flow
When an operation requires AI, the necessary source content may be sent to the provider selected in administration to produce structured output. The active provider and retention terms must match production settings and the legal notice.
Workspace and sharing
Guest text is not automatically written to a permanent workspace. Member items are saved after an explicit action. Share links start disabled and may support revocation, expiry, password and download controls; shared pages are noindex.
Analytics and logs
Normal product analytics do not receive full source text, support messages, email, name or share tokens. Limited fields such as module, action, locale, length bucket and safe error code may be recorded.
Retention and rights
Items in trash may be purged after the configured retention period. Data export and account closure requests are verified through the account. Some commercial records may be retained longer when legally required.
