For AI-assisted generation, information entered in a form may be transferred to the selected AI provider for technical processing.
7. International Data Transfers
Artificial intelligence, email, server, analytics, or payment providers used by the platform may operate infrastructure outside Türkiye.
In such cases, personal data may be processed by service providers abroad where the conditions and safeguards required by applicable law are satisfied.
Users should not enter unnecessary sensitive information into AI-assisted generation forms.
8. Special Categories of Personal Data
Users should not enter health information, biometric data, religious beliefs, political opinions, trade union information, criminal conviction information, or similar special-category personal data into forms.
The website is not designed to collect special categories of personal data.
9. Retention Period
Personal data is retained for as long as necessary for its processing purpose.
Account, credit, payment, security, support, and transaction records may be retained for periods required by applicable law or for as long as necessary to resolve disputes.
When the retention period ends, data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized as appropriate.

- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose
- Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad

- Request notification of correction, deletion, or destruction to third parties to whom data has been transferred
- Object to an adverse result arising from analysis performed exclusively through automated systems
- Request compensation where damage results from unlawful processing
