What information should a useful prompt post include?

A prompt alone is rarely enough for useful feedback. Include:

1. Goal: What result did you need?
2. Tool/model: Which tool and, if known, which model?
3. Input: A realistic example with personal data removed.
4. Result: What worked and what failed?
5. Evaluation: How will you recognize a successful result?

Never post API keys, customer information, private correspondence, or copied paid prompt packs. Use a title that summarizes the issue instead of writing only “help.”
